As part of price list management, Hyggio has default items that are the most common.
If necessary, you can define a new own cost.
Defining other costs
Other costs are defined from the level of the Organization Manager, if you do not have the appropriate permissions, report such a need to your supervisor.
1. To add costs, go to your organization's profile, then select: "Other costs"
2. Select: "Add other cost"
3. Enter the name of the cost, and then select: "Save"
Adding other costs to a clinical trial
1. Select the price list you plan to create/edit (see how to do it -> How to add price lists?)
2. Select: "Add other cost"
3. Select the cost from the list previously defined by your Organization's Manager, then click "Add"
4. The extra cost will appear in your price list, now you can complete the amounts or remove the item.
