To manage Medical History you need to have specific permissions (Management>Roles>Medical Records)
Go to the "Patients" icon and search for a patient, e.g. by entering the first three letters of his/her surname
Click on the name of the patient you have searched for
In the left-hand side panel you will find the "Medical History" tab.
By selecting it, a list of previously added events will appear.
From here by clicking on the "+" icon you can add a new event to the Medical History
Select the study, you can also add a file, fill in the name of the event, enter the start date
Complete the End date, give the Severity and information on Concomitant Medication
Save
By clicking on the three dots to the right of each added event, you have the option to select: "Preview", "Edit", "Invalidate" and check "Version History".
You can also filter events, export to PDF and check the revoked Medical History
