How to book a monitoring visit?

1. Open: Clinical Trials

     Click on the capsule symbol on the left side of the screen.

From the list of previously entered clinical trials (see how to -> How to add a clinical trial?) select the test you are interested in.

2. Select: Monitoring visits

There you will see a list of monitoring visits to date.

Select: Add monitoring visit to arrange another visit.

Indicate the date and time of the start and end of the monitoring visit.

Indicate whether the visit is intended for your current Monitor (by checking the Apply contact person data" box or select "Add another monitor".

Attention!

Pay special attention to the correctness of the e-mail address of your monitor, because after saving the visit to the system, your monitor should receive an e-mail with the data to log in to Hyggio.
