The Hyggio system has a separate module for patient prescreening.
As part of it, dedicated persons with appropriate access are entitled to view global lists and to pre-qualify patients for research. After verification, such a candidate is assigned to the selected site and the selected trial.
This means that as part of a specific study in your center, a candidate may be assigned top-down - such a person will appear on the pre-screening list with the New status.
To have access to prescreening lists as part of clinical trial - you must have additional permissions: Prescreening list - access or Prescreening list - management (depending on your needs, only viewing or managing the list).
With the access: Patient candidates - access prescreening information - you will be able to view the information that was entered as part of the qualification by the central team.
1. To verify the pre-screening list, go to the clinical trials tab.
2. Select the study you are interested in from the list.
3. On the left side, click on: Prescreening
4. Within the pre-screening list, you will be able to see newly assigned patients as well as historical patients who for some reason were not enrolled.
Within the list, you can change the patient's status.
5. By clicking on the three dots you can:
- add the patient to the study
- make an appointment for patient
- edit data
6. Adding patient to the trial, and after that processing patient, will be reflected in the pre-screening list at the center level, the status will also change on the global list of candidates (where the candidate was assigned from).
