Network - new access level (Centralization module)
We are introducing a new access level for centralized management of Projects and Trials. This level acts as a bridge between the CTMS module and the eSource module, tailored specifically for site networks. It adds value by enabling centralized trial management, offering a well-standardized and efficient trial management process across multiple sites.
Centralized standard library management
Hyggio offers the capability to create and manage a comprehensive library of fields and predefined forms across the entire network:
- Establish a unified standard for collecting eSource data.
- Simplify the setup of eSource forms, significantly reducing the time needed to prepare them.
Centralized projects management
Hyggio now enables the creation of a superior entity named Project serving as the central hub for managing trials:
- Provide all business information as project details in one place.
- Structued setup around a specific research protocol.
- Supports sharing the trial setup with one or multiple sites within your organization.
Centralized protocol preview and setup
Projects allows to centrally manage the protocol for trials:
- Projects are designed to store the protocol setup.
- Protocol setups maintained at the Project level can be easily shared with Sites in their original form to ensure efficiency.
- All site-specific adjustments and amendments can be made at the Site level, providing flexibility.
Patient costs and reimbursements
Patient costs setup
Hyggio allows to setup patient cost limits:
- Cost limits can be set based on cost categories such as meals, accommodation, travel, medications, and other expenses.
- Cost limits (within each category) is adjustable in limit amount, currency, etc.
- Each cost limit can be defined with individual rules specific to each category, e.g., kilometer rates for travel.
- The setup may also include the possibility to set a margin payable to the site.
Patient costs tracking and preview
Hyggio provides the flow for adding and tracking patient costs per each visit:
- Tracked patient costs can be added with information about reaching the cost limit.
- Cost tracking is organized by cost category.
- Each tracked cost allows the user to provide all necessary details to justify the expense (e.g., attachments or specific information relevant to a particular cost category).
- A list of all registered patient costs is maintained and can be reviewed at any time.
- Registered patient costs generate financial events, which are recorded in the financial module.
