How to Perform Source Data Verification?

As a research monitor, you are authorized to read the content of conducted and already closed visits.

1. Open: Clinical trials

    Click on the capsule symbol on the left side of the screen and select clinical trial.

    Click on trial name to open the trial desktop.

2. The trial desktop is the place where you can find all information about the study. To navigate, use the trial menu vesible on the left. 

To view trial patients visits select "Patients" tab, then hover the cursor over the selected patient and click on three dots on the right side of the line.

There will be options to choose from: 

Patient visits - by selecting this tab, you can see the list of completed visits and detailed information on individual activities within the selected visit.

In the left vertical menu you will find other eSource data such as:  diagnosis, Concomitant medications, Adverse events.
