Audit Trial

Each entry in the visit form is tracked. 

To check audit trial, select trial(capsule icon) and click on trial name to open trial desktop:

Select "Patients" and click on visits button on the right:

Open the visit you want to check by clicking the visit name:

To view form element history click on three dots and select "Version history" icon on the procedure level - to see all changes in the procedure:

or click on three dots next to the each individual field and select "Version history" - to see all changes in the particular element:

In the version history window you can check:

● How many versions the given element has

● What was the state of the element in each version

● When and by who it was modified

● What was the reason of modification
