In order to facilitate the management of work in the Center, the program enables the creation of schedules, leaves and working hours of the staff in the facility.
1. Open: Management
Click on the gear symbol in the lower left corner of the screen.
2. Open: Site schedule
Here you can:
- view the schedule of individual offices for a given day, week or month (by selecting the appropriate calendar icons in the upper right corner).
- create a staff schedule (By clicking the "Add timesheet" icon in the lower right corner).
- Enter and edit the already existing leaves (by clicking on the "Absences" tab in the top bar of the window).
- Decide on working hours and days off of the facility (by clicking on the "working hours" or "Days off" tab in the top bar of the window, respectively)
Adding an employee's work schedule
Click "Add schedule" at the bottom of the screen.
Fill in all the required fields:
- From the drop-down tab select the person for whom you are creating the schedule (Staff should be entered earlier, see how to do it -> "How to add or edit personnel details?").
- Select the date for which you are creating the schedule (later you will be able to select the schedule to repeat: daily, from Monday to Friday, or monthly - so you will not have to create a schedule for each day separately).
- Indicate the range of hours in which a specific employee of the facility will work.
- From the drop-down list, select the office in which the person works (offices should be entered earlier, see how to do it -> "How to add and manage an office?")
- Indicate other necessary information, such as the type of visit, type of visit, the estimated duration of one visit (the system will convert this into the number of visits possible during the day).
- Check the schedule repetition option if you want the schedule to be repeated every day, every week, or on selected days of the week.
Click "save"
The schedule you entered will be visible in the calendar.
You can edit or delete the graphics using the buttons at the bottom of the screen in the "Work schedule" tab.
