You can make changes to both completed and saved visits.
Remember! At the end of the visit, any subsequent editions will be saved as a new version of the visit.
Change tracking allows you to see who, when and what change has been made to your visit.
To edit a completed visit:
1. Select the visit you want to edit - by clicking on it (see how to do it -> Where can I find the patient's previous visits?)
2. Select: Edit visit
3. Expand the procedure you want to edit and click "Edit" next to the field where you want to make changes.
4. After entering new content, select: Save changes
5. Then select the reason for the changes and click "Confirm"
6. In the last step, select: Update visit
